Due to the huge popularity of these evenings there are now only two spaces left in 2016 – on the 30th December session.
If you missed out don’t worry too much, from January 2017 these will be a regular monthly feature and we’re even looking at running two a month. Keep an eye out on the Facebook page or sign up to the newsletter and I’ll post an update as soon as the dates are finalised.

Things have been busy behind the scenes here at Ebor Sulis, there’s lots of new things to tell you about so read on to see what extra therapies and offers you can take advantage of this autumn.
New Treatment – Reflexology
From Tuesday 13th September, Fiona Knowles will be working at the clinic to provide amazing reflexology treatments. Fiona is a registered nurse and has been a qualified reflexologist since 1995 and I’m thrilled to welcome her to the Ebor Sulis clinic.
Fiona will be available every Tuesday and for those who’ve never had a reflexology treatment I highly recommend the experience – it’s a fascinating and relaxing therapy. You can learn more about what it entails on Fiona’s website.
The summer’s pamper sessions proved to be a real hit, so due to demand we’ve confirmed four more dates for the rest of the year. As of 2017, we’re hoping to run these twice a month. For just £15 you get a swim, steam and 20 minute massage, these need to be booked directly through Bramley Baths reception as time slots for the massage are allocated on booking. The dates you need to know are:

Wake up! sports massage sessions
Early morning swim sessions are popular at the Baths – especially for our Tri BB club, so to help keep muscles in top condition a new dedicated sports massage clinic will be running each Thursday morning from the 15th September. There are four 30 minute slots available each week between 7.30am and 9.30am so booking is advised. A few clients have asked about block booking options, so I’m pleased to now offer discounted block booking offers. Pay upfront for a series of massages and receive a discount on treatments. Full details can be found on the Prices and Payments page.
Ebor Sulis and Bramley Baths are joining forces to combat school summer holiday stress by offering swim, steam and massage sessions between 7pm and 9pm on Friday 29th July, Friday 12th August and Friday 26th August.
The summer holidays can be a busy and challenging time, keeping the kids occupied, day trips here and there, cursing the wet British summer, and things can get tense. The new pamper sessions give adults the chance to reclaim some time, destress and re-charge those much needed batteries. For the time being I’m out of the pool, which means I’m looking for other ways to increase my fitness and endurance and keep up the training. Whilst getting out running or cycling would be the obvious choice, I’ve still not taken my bike to be looked at and running fills me with a hefty slice of dread every time I think about it.
